Journey Into Whole Health is a 5-week intimate circle for women who are ready to shift the way they live and care for themselves. Together, we’ll explore a new vision of health that goes beyond “shoulds” and checklists into a deeper relationship with yourself — body, mind, and soul. You’ll be supported, seen, and guided as you step into the next chapter of your life with more clarity, energy, and joy.

What the Journey Will Look Like

For five weeks, we’ll gather as an intimate circle of women online. Each week you’ll be guided through grounding, reflection, and teaching, followed by a meditation or journey to help you connect more deeply with yourself. You’ll have the chance to share and be witnessed in community, and between sessions you’ll receive simple practices and journal prompts to bring the work into your daily life.

This is not about adding more to your plate — it’s about creating space to honor yourself, shift your perspective, and begin living in a new way.

Your guide, Sonny Miles, MD, moves between worlds — the rigor of conventional medicine, the depth of her own healing, and the wisdom of diverse healing traditions. She has learned, taught, and now embodies this work. With fierce compassion and clear vision, she holds space for women to see what is possible and to begin living it.
