In the midst of the holiday season, I invite you to step away from the busyness of ordinary life and enter a sacred space of rest, reflection, and connection. The Winter Solstice marks a profound seasonal threshold: the longest night of the year, a time to honor the darkness while welcoming the gradual return of the light. As we gather in this season of turning inward, we will pause to listen deeply to ourselves, tend to our bodies and souls, and honor both the beauty and complexity of being human. Through gentle movement, meditation, reflection, ritual, and meaningful conversation, we will create space for whatever this season is bringing forth in us. Together, in the warmth of a circle of women, we will honor the wisdom of winter, reconnect with ourselves and the world around us, and remember the nourishment that comes from simply being together.

A Sacred Renewal is an intimate, one-day women's retreat designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle movement, guided reflection, time in nature, ritual, and meaningful connection with other women, we will explore what is ready to be released, what is beginning to emerge, and what you want to cultivate in the seasons ahead. This is a sacred pause to reconnect with yourself, listen to your inner wisdom, and dream into the life you are creating.
